Find the constraint before you add activity

Most growth plans add channels to a funnel that already leaks. A short method for locating the one thing actually capping growth.

Placeholder article. Replace these blocks with the real piece — the structure below shows every block type available.

Start with the number that is stuck

Before adding channels, identify which single number has stopped moving: traffic, conversion rate, average order value or repeat rate. Everything downstream of a stuck number is wasted effort.

  • Traffic flat but conversion healthy → acquisition constraint
  • Traffic growing but conversion falling → offer or landing constraint
  • Both healthy but margin falling → pricing or mix constraint
Adding a channel to a leaking funnel just makes the leak more expensive.

Once the constraint is named, the roadmap usually writes itself — and most of the tactics you were considering fall away.
